HOW SIGNUP RISK SCORING WORKS
Send the signup context your application already collects—an email address, plus optional name and IP context—and receive a deterministic score and recommended action your product can use immediately.

Signup Risk API evaluates email quality, domain infrastructure, provider type, disposable-email usage, identity consistency, domain typos, role addresses, and available IP context.

RISK CHECKS
Every signup attempt is processed through an initial input-validation step followed by our eight core risk analysis checks. Advanced industry-specific scoring profiles can also be applied.

Check DNS, MX, SPF, and DMARC posture while separating non-existent domains from temporary lookup failures.

Flag mistyped or lookalike domains such as gmal.com before they enter your signup flow.

Compare supplied name details with the email local part without claiming to verify a person’s real identity.
Classify contextual infrastructure risk such as datacenter, VPN, proxy, and Tor usage. Raw signup IPs are not returned in the API response, and privacy safeguards prevent raw PII from entering risk-cache keys, persisted cache payloads, or analytics.
